// WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

BRO. GRUNDY 07 MAY 2015

We asked Bro. Stephen Grundy what Freemasonry means to him thus far having recently joined The Lodge of the Argonauts in December 2014 where he was initiated and is currently one of two Entered Apprentice Freemasons within the Lodge.

"Before becoming a Freemason, it is recommended that one attend several social events; organised by the different lodges here at Freemasons Hall, Leicester, some of which are open to the public, which is exactly what I decided to do. Such events allow one to meet with long serving and recently initiated Freemasons and discuss just what Freemasonry means to them.  All my questions were warmly welcomed and answered with openness and honesty.  I decided that Freemasonry is something I wanted to be part of. Since being initiated into Freemasonry last year I am now starting to take a more active role in proceedings.  I find the whole experience of being a Freemason thoroughly rewarding in respect of learning and self improvement, making good friendships, attending great social events, raising money for many charitable organisations and overall having fun. Is Freemasonry for you? Come to an open day, visit our website or attend a social event and see for yourself, you will be most warmly welcomed, that’s one thing I do know." Bro. Stephen Grundy

// WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

BRO. CHAUHAN 02 MAR 2015

Bro. Kalpesh Chauhan gives his thoughts on what Freemasonry means to him. “Freemasonry is a way of life that brings a different dimension in life.  A society where one gains true friendship / brotherhood and also feels part of a caring family.  It is not just about meeting and dining together once in a month, but a society which comes to assistance when called upon without any reservation in mind.  A universe of knowledge that brings out the true being in you.  It makes you aware of what has been around you before one came into this world and will exist after you leave this world.  A peculiar system where one learns to respect each other no matter how high in position one maybe in the outside world” Bro. Kalpesh Chauhan To find out what Freemasonry is about and if its right for you, please click on the image below.
